Living Your Dreams Pte. Ltd. (hereinafter “we”, “us” or “the Company”) is committed to providing high-quality educational programs and memberships that empower female entrepreneurs. Our services include online courses, workshops, and membership access focused on marketing, strategy, and personal development. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted for purchases made through our website www.livingyourdreams.io or other channels. It complies with the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act (CPFTA) of Singapore, which protects consumers against unfair practices and provides rights for contract cancellations in certain cases (e.g., direct sales or cooling-off periods where applicable). By purchasing our services, you agree to these terms. Refunds are not automatic and are subject to review. All decisions are at our sole discretion.

 

2. Eligibility and Refunds

We aim to ensure satisfaction, but due to the digital nature of our products (e.g., instant access to course materials), refunds are limited:
  • General Rule: Full refunds are available within 14 days of purchase for unused services, provided no access to course content, recordings, or membership features has been granted. After this period or upon access, no refunds will be issued.
  • Cooling-Off Period: For applicable direct sales contracts under CPFTA, you may cancel within 5 working days of signing, with a full refund (excluding delivery costs if any). This does not apply to digital downloads or services already consumed.
  • Partial Refunds: In exceptional cases (e.g., technical issues on our end), we may offer partial refunds at our discretion, prorated based on usage.
Refunds do not apply to:
  • Purchases made more than 14 days ago.
  • Digital content accessed, downloaded, or viewed (e.g., course videos, PDFs, or live units).
  • Memberships after the first unit or module.
  • Promotional discounts or bundled offers (refunds prorated accordingly).

 

3. Refund Process

To request a refund:
  1. Contact us within the eligibility period at info@livingyourdreams.io or via the contact form at www.livingyourdreams.io/contact, providing your order number, purchase date, and reason for the request.
  2. We will review your request within 10 business days and notify you of our decision.
  3. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method (e.g., bank account provided via email) within 60 days. Payments are made directly via email instructions with provision of account details.
We reserve the right to require proof of purchase and non-usage.

 

4. Exceptions and Limitations

  • Non-Refundable Items: Live workshops, one-on-one sessions, or personalized consultations are non-refundable once scheduled or commenced.
  • Force Majeure: Refunds may be delayed due to unforeseen events (e.g., system outages).
  • Disputes: If unresolved, you may refer to the Consumers Association of Singapore (CASE) under CPFTA guidelines.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under Singapore law.
