We support female entrepreneurs through educational programs and memberships to expand their businesses – for greater online presence and visibility on social media, and of course, more revenue through specific units for marketing, strategy, and personal development. Our core focus remains entrepreneurial training for female leaders.We are committed to protecting the privacy of our customers, users, and employees. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (“PDPA”). It applies to all interactions with us, including our website, apps, and services. By using our services, you agree to this Policy.   • Other: Payment data (via email, e.g., bank transfer with provision of account details by email) or feedback (e.g., surveys).
We do not collect sensitive data (e.g., health data) unless it is strictly necessary for our services and with your consent.

 

4. Purposes of Collection, Use and Disclosure

We process personal data only for legitimate purposes and with your consent (where required). Possible purposes:
  • Provision of our services (e.g., scheduling coaching sessions).

  • Marketing (e.g., personalized content on Facebook, with opt-out option).
  • Analysis and improvement (e.g., usage statistics from Zoom meetings).

  • Other: Service providers such as payment processors or authorities (only if legally required).
International data transfers (e.g., to Zoom or Facebook servers outside Singapore) occur only with appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses.

 

5. Consent

We obtain your consent before using data for non-essential purposes (e.g., marketing). You can withdraw it at any time by contacting the DPO. Upon withdrawal, we will stop processing the data unless there is another legal basis (e.g., contract fulfillment).

  • For Tools: Use of secure settings (e.g., password protection in Zoom, two-factor authentication in Telegram).
Nevertheless, risks cannot be completely excluded; we report breaches to the PDPC within 72 hours.

 

7. Data Storage and Deletion

Data is stored only as long as necessary for the purposes (e.g., 2 years after the end of a coaching). Thereafter, it is securely deleted or anonymized.

 

8. Rights of Data Subjects

Under the PDPA, you have the following rights:
  • Access: Request a copy of your data.
  • Correction: Have inaccurate data corrected.
  • Withdrawal: Withdraw consents.
  • Deletion: Have data deleted (“right to be forgotten”).
